Factors that can Affect Wi-Fi signal

Metal objects around your Wi-Fi router can
distort your signal by reflecting/bouncing the signal; the same goes for thick

If you're unable to connect your device to Wi-Fi:

Make sure you're in range of the Wi-Fi network

If you are not able to connect your device to a Spectrum
Wi-Fi hotspot:
1.
Ensure you're in range of a Spectrum Wi-Fi
hotspot. To find a Spectrum Wi-Fi hotspot close to you,
visit Spectrum.com.
2.
If prompted, make sure you enter the correct
Spectrum username and password.
3.
If you're unable to connect to Spectrum Wi-Fi,
try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
Modem with Separate Wi-Fi Router
To reset your modem and your Wi-Fi router:
1.
Firstly, unplug the power cord from the rear of
the modem and remove any batteries.
2.
Unplug the power cord from the Wi-Firouter.
3.
Then wait 30 seconds, and then reinsert any
batteries and reconnect power to the modem.
4.
Allow a minimum of 2 minutes to confirm that the
reset is complete.
5.
At last, reconnect the power to your Wi-Fi
